ARTEMIS
Goddess Artemis is one of the eldest,
most complicated and interesting faces of the Hellenic Theatre.
Artemis is the daughter of Theas and Lidos, twin sister of
Apollona, Queen of the mountains and forest and Goddess of
shooting. She is the protector of our small children and animals.
Artemis' personality had many gifts which had rubbed off on
the people of Naxos, so much so that the people of Naxos built
a temple in her honour on the north hills of Naxos. |

Naxos is located within
the Cycladic Islands. Many believe that it represents the
crossroads for many civilized movements that have been written
in Greek history. The many archaeological monuments and museums,
the Venetian castles and Byzantine churches of the 6th Century
are few examples.
It is worth admiring and enjoying the unique and endless beaches
which represent a place a peace and tranquillity. A walk along
the seashore is an enjoyable and typically atmospheric characteristic
of the island. Hotel Artemis can be found on the beach of
St. Anna, next to the graphic port.
It is a family business that started in 1990 and continues
to date with the traditional warm family atmosphere and because
of the many years of experience, it is easy to entertain even
the most difficult of clients. |

In the breakfast room, one can enjoy daily the special tastes
of the hostesses which will bring you nearer to the recipes
of the island.

On the balcony of the breakfast room one can have coffee or
read a book, newspaper or magazine from the library of the hotel.
You can enjoy a drink or play table games with or whilst awaiting
friends in the reception area.
The Complex comprises
of 16 double rooms, 2 triple rooms and 1 quadruple studio.

The very first tourist complex started in St. Anna, representing
the hospitality of the Greeks and the general safety of the
complex as it now stands. From the traditional taverns and cafes
to the graphic bars next to the sea, one is fulfilled from the
feeling of relaxation and able to unwind.
In addition, there is a pharmacy 1km from the hotel, a mini
supermarket 100metres away, a bakery, a tourist office, a car
hiring agency and also a bus stop nearby. The hotel overlooks
the seafront, it is approximately 6km from the capital and 3km
from the airport. |
